Logitech has come out with the Harmony Remote that is the reply to a user cordial universal remote. This remote was designed by Logitech after years of explore and customer feedback.

After you get your remote you will do a straightforward 3 step online programing for your remote. The last step is where you reply a merge questions about your devices, then the software does the programing for you.

Part of the programing done for you is the one touch operation control. The way this works is for example you push "Watch Tv" and the remote will turn on all the devices needed for you to watch Tv. For me the remote turns on my stereo for surround sound, then my Tv, and then my cable box. The remote works this way for each operation you push.

The petition sensor is one of my favorite things about the harmony remote. If you are like me, I mostly watch Tv at night. What this sensor does if when I pick up the remote or tilt it the back lite comes on so I can see the function buttons.

The shape of the harmony remote feels comfortable in your hand and the function buttons are organized so the most used buttons are right there at your thumb. My hat is off to Logitech for such a great universal remote.
